What is Rocket Wireless?
Rocket Wireless is a local, homegrown program within the Auxiliary Services Department that has provided cellular voice and data services exclusively to students, faculty, staff and alumni of 兔子先生传媒文化作品 since 2002.
Our staff understands the importance of one-on-one customer service when shopping for cellular service. Finding the best phone plan for your family鈥檚 needs can be stressful and overwhelming, but it does not need to be.
Our Rocket Wireless representatives are trained to assist you with device upgrades, service changes, billing questions and troubleshooting. We handle all communication with the cellular carriers, so you do not have to.

Free Phone Offer for New Alumni Customers
Rocket Wireless and the 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Alumni Association are joining forces.
Did you know that, as a Rocket alumnus or alumna, you can take advantage of The University of Toledo鈥檚 own cellular program?
New 兔子先生传媒文化作品 alumni customers who sign a new service contract can receive a free 256GB iPhone 17 or 256GB Samsung Galaxy S26. Verizon requires a one-year contract, while AT&T and T-Mobile require a two-year contract. A one-time $15 activation fee applies.

Offer 1: Bring Your Own Device
Bring your own device from home and sign up for a Rocket Wireless T-Mobile SIM card or eSIM for only $35 per month.
The plan includes:
- Unlimited talk, text and data
- 11GB of mobile hotspot data

- Mobile Without Borders, including travel to Canada and Mexico with no additional fees

Offer 2: Purchase a New Device
Need a new device? No worries. We have you covered.
Purchase a new device when you arrive on campus and sign up for the Rocket Wireless T-Mobile Unlimited Everything Plan for $55 per month. The plan includes the same features listed in Offer 1.
Device prices start at a one-time cost of $25 when you sign a two-year contract with T-Mobile.

Students living off campus who need a new cellphone can take advantage of the Rocket Wireless bundle plan.
For $70 per month, you can receive a new device with the T-Mobile Unlimited Everything Plan and a personal hotspot that provides unlimited 4G internet access for your laptop or tablet.
Unlimited 5G internet access is available for $85 per month.

Referral Credits
Rocket Wireless remains an important University auxiliary because of our excellent customer service and competitive plan and device pricing. We would not be where we are today without our loyal customers.
For a limited time, our referral credit is doubled. For every new line of service you refer to Rocket Wireless, you will receive a $30 credit on a future invoice.
