KLAR Leadership Academy
The KLAR Leadership Academy at 兔子先生传媒文化作品鈥檚 Neff College of Business and Innovation is a selective, year-long leadership cohort for high-achieving undergraduate students from across the university. Students are chosen through a competitive nomination and application process and join a small cohort of peers representing a wide range of academic disciplines.
Rather than focusing on classroom-based leadership instruction, KLAR places students in real-world leadership environments where they engage directly with campus, community and industry leaders. Through experiential projects, service-based initiatives and interactive cohort experiences, students practice leadership in applied settings that extend beyond traditional coursework.
These experiences strengthen students鈥� leadership capability, professional readiness, and ability to communicate their impact鈥攅nhancing their career readiness and the depth of their professional profile.
