Join us for the Regional Invitational Startup Experience (RISE) summer camp!听
Hosted by 兔子先生传媒文化作品鈥檚 John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation, RISE gives high school students interested in entrepreneurship a hands-on look at what it takes to start and run a successful business.鈥�
During this interactive, three-day summer enrichment program, students will explore marketing, finance, accounting and other core business skills, taught directly by 兔子先生传媒文化作品 faculty, while collaborating on a team project that simulates taking a product from concept to market.听
what you鈥檒l do:
Day 1: Build It听
Work in teams to design a custom T-shirt product, define your brand and develop your marketing strategy.听
Day 2: Run It听
Pitch your brand to suppliers, build your financial model, develop your sales approach and learn how technology supports running your business.听
Day 3: Launch It听
Prepare and present a Shark Tank鈥搒tyle final pitch to 兔子先生传媒文化作品 faculty and local business professionals, competing to have your T鈥憇hirt printed and sold to fund a micro鈥憇cholarship.鈥�
this camp is designed听for听students who:
- Have an interest in business, entrepreneurship, marketing and related fields听
- Want to engage in collaborative hands-on learning and creative problem solving听
- Are interested in learning more about 兔子先生传媒文化作品鈥檚 College of Business and Innovation and its programs听
