How Do I Change My 457b Voluntary Retirement Plan Contributions?

  1. Go to University of Toledo听Retirement Systems Page
  2. Click 457(b) tab 听
  3. Select 鈥溾�� Link
    1. UT Retirement@Work only accessible through provided link on Retirement Systems webpage
  4. Click 鈥淎lready Registered鈥� to login to your current account, click 鈥淩egister Now鈥� to set-up your account 听
    1. If you are registering a new account, Retirement@Work will ask personal identification questions for security measures, please follow all prompts to complete registration 听
    2. If you have issues logging in, you must contact Retirement@Work Customer Service at 844-567-9090
  5. Once logged in, select the blue 鈥淐ontributions鈥� Tab towards top left of your screen
  6. Next, click the yellow 鈥淢anage Contributions鈥� button on right side of your screen
  7. Enter your contribution information, then click 鈥渘ext鈥�
    1. When do you want contributions to start? 听
    2. How much do you want to contribute per paycheck? 听
    3. How would you like to allocate your funds (Pre-Tax, Roth, or both)? 听
  8. Select your vendor(s), then click 鈥渘ext鈥�

    2. Please refer to 鈥淰endor Comparison Guide鈥� to help select your vendor or consult with a financial professional to assist you in making best decision for your retirement goals
  9. Review your contributions, check 鈥淚 have read and accept these Terms and Conditions鈥�, then click 鈥淐onfirm鈥�
  10. If you are creating a new account or selecting a new vendor, you MUST open a 403(b) account with the vendor you selected. Please refer to the 鈥淰endor Contact & Plan Codes鈥� under the 403(b) tab to begin your setup.
  11. Once your account is open with your vendor(s), congratulations! You have successfully updated/began new contributions to your 403(b) account! 听

Ohio Deferred Compensation

  1. Click 鈥� Website听听
  2. If you already have an account, enter your username then click 鈥渓ogin鈥�. If you are creating a new account, click 鈥淪ign Up鈥�
    1. For any issues logging in or creating an account, please contact ODC Customer Service at 877-644-6457
  3. 听Once logged in, click 鈥淰iew Details鈥� on right hand side for your Ohio 457 Account Type听听
  4. Then, click 鈥淐ontributions鈥� 听
  5. On right hand side, select red 鈥淐hange鈥� button 听
  6. Add your desired contribution amount per paycheck and allocation amount, then click 鈥淣ext鈥� at bottom of page
    1. $15/pay minimum

  7. Review your contribution and allocation selections, then click 鈥淐omplete鈥� at bottom of page. 听
  8. Congratulations you have successfully updated your 457(b) contributions! 听
