Training & Organizational Development coaches work collaboratively with participants to explore work鈥憀ife challenges, clarify priorities, and identify resources and solutions that align with individual needs. Coaching conversations are confidential, supportive, and tailored to each participant鈥檚 unique circumstances.

The L.E.A.D Program is a year-long leadership development experience designed to support emerging leaders across 兔子先生传媒文化作品.听 The program focuses on building practical leadership skills, strengthening cross-campus relationships, and supporting intentional career development aligned with UT's mission and values.

Emerging leaders are nominated by senior leadership or through an approved self-nomination.



Program Experience Includes

  • Facilitated learning sessions led by UT senior leaders focused on higher education and academic healthcare
  • Executive coaching informed by a Leadership 360 assessment
  • Crucial Conversations庐 certification
  • DiSC assessment to enhance self-awareness and communication
  • One-on-one mentoring with a selected university leader
  • Individual career development coaching
  • Strategic team project with a final presentation to senior leadership

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the LEAD Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a full-time 兔子先生传媒文化作品 staff or faculty member
  • Have a minimum of six (6) months of service at 兔子先生传媒文化作品
  • Have no active disciplinary action
  • Be able to commit at least three (3) hours per month to fulfill program requirements
  • Obtain supervisor approval prior to participation

Nomination and Timeline

  • Emerging leaders may be self-nominated or nominated by Senior Leadership
  • Nominations due Friday, October 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
  • Participants notified by late November 2026
  • Program runs January 2027 鈥 December 2027

Additional Information

Participation in the LEAD Program does not guarantee promotion or advancement. The program is designed to prepare employees for future leadership opportunities and support ongoing personal and professional growth.

Leadership assessments are included as part of the program experience.

  • Cost: $475 per participant
  • Funding: Covered by the participant鈥檚 department
