Every department at the University should have a manager, supervisor, or an administrative assistant of that department that will have access to submit an affiliate request.听 There is a limit of two people per department who听are permitted access to submit affiliate requests.
If you are not sure who submits the affiliate request for your department or if you are requesting access to submit affiliate requests, please email your request to affiliaterequests@utoledo.edu.
