community.听 The telephones are available for purchase only.
How to Order New Equipment
New Telephones, Batteries, and Chargers
To request a new Ascom or Rover telephone, please contact the IT Help Desk at /it/CS/HelpDesk.html.听听Please include the department index that you want it charged to.听 Please specify how you plan to use the ASCOM or Rover device.听 For example; is it a smartphone with rover ability?听
Once approved, the telecommunications team will process your order.听 This will take approximately two to three weeks.听 All orders for Ascom telephones or spare parts will be billed to the department listed on the form.听
- We recommend that you begin to stock spare batteries and activate spare telephones for after hour resolution

How to Report issues or problems
Requests for issues or problems with your telephone will be addressed the next business day.听 When reporting an issue, please include your name, the Ascom telephone number, the issue you are experiencing, an alternate contact number, and your building and room number on the ticket.听Please state the type of device having the issue. If ASCOM: is it a D62, D63, or Myco 3. If a Rover. Is it an iPhone or a Myco 3.
