Survey Approval Process

If you are planning to administer a survey with more than 500 兔子先生传媒文化作品 students, faculty and/or staff, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Complete the .

1. You are encouraged to check the Survey Calendar听and Survey Schedule to reduce overlap with other large surveys.听
2. Your proposal will be sent to members of the Survey Committee for review and you may be invited to discuss your survey at the next committee meeting. The review process typically takes 7-10 days and you will receive an email with one of the following determinations:
   1. Approved as submitted
   2. Pending with submission of satisfactory revisions
   3. Requires IRB review
   4. Denied
3. If your project has been approved as submitted, you may commence your project.
4. If your project is pending with submission of satisfactory revisions, please complete a new .
5. If your project requires IRB review, please complete Step 2.

Step 2: Complete Human Subjects Review Process (if Survey Committee determination requires).
