Summer 2025听
Start Date:听 May 10, 2025
End Date FWS:听August 15, 2025
End Date Non-FWS:听听August 15, 2025
- You may begin submitting your summer ePAFs on May 2, 2025.
- We cannot begin approving ePAFs until May 7, 2025.
FALL 2025 - 2026
Start Date:听August 16, 2025
End Date Graduating/FWS: May 1, 2026
End Date: May 8 , 2026
FALL 2025听ONLY
Start Date: August 16, 2025听
End Date FWS: December 23, 20254听
End Date Non-FWS: December 23, 2025听
Incoming students (Undergraduate and Graduate) 1st semester at UTOLEDO are not eligible to start until their 1st day of classes August 25, 2025.
In order to ensure that we can process the large volume of students at the start of the fall semester, we will be doing a two-tiered system for submitting ePAFs again this year.听
- July 7, 2025: ePAFs can be submitted for students who did not take summer classes.听
- August 6, 2025: ePAFs can be submitted for students who took summer classes听
SPRING 2026听ONLY
Start Date: January 2, 2026听
End Date FWS/Spring Graduates: May 1, 2026听
End Date Non-FWS: May 8, 2026听
