Physician Compensation Committee听
The Physician Compensation Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving, on behalf of the 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Health Board, proposed levels of compensation, guidelines, and compensation formulas, including incentive plans, for employed faculty of The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences, for employed clinical providers of UTPCF and its component entities, and for any other separately compensated medical staff of UTMC.听

Privileging/Credentialing and Safety/Quality Committee听
The Privileging/Credentialing and Safety/Quality Committee is responsible for reviewing and evaluating, on behalf of the 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Health Board, the patient safety and quality improvement programs, including, but not limited to, the hospitals, clinics, ambulatory care facilities, and physician office facilities of UTMC and UTPCF its component entities. 听

The Executive and Nominating Committee is responsible for exercising general oversight with respect to the governance of the 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Health Board. The committee is responsible for reviewing the qualifications of proposed 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Health Board members; evaluating and recommending the adoption of 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Health Board governance practices; and reviewing and evaluating the performance of 兔子先生传媒文化作品 Health Board members.听
